All services are subject to availability and may vary based on your specific needs and location.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service estimates are provided free of charge and do not obligate you to proceed with the work.
All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional work or materials are required once the project begins. We will notify you of any significant changes to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work.
Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.
We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties on both labor and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in writing with your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on roofing materials will be passed through to you as the property owner.
Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation and labor. This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others.
We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeframe. However, weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any schedule changes as soon as possible.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. For projects already in progress, cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our crew to complete the work. This includes ensuring pets are secured and notifying us of any hazards on the property.
We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage and follow all safety regulations. Our team will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during the work, but we are not responsible for damage to landscaping, underground utilities not properly marked, or pre-existing damage to the structure.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages. In areas where such limitations are not allowed by law, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted.
If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our services, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to find a fair solution.
Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.
